How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS text messages from FirstHub at any time using any of these methods:

STOP Reply STOP to any text message you receive from FirstHub. You will be immediately unsubscribed.
UNSUB Reply UNSUB or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message from FirstHub.
EMAIL Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe SMS" and include your mobile number.
CALL Contact us through our contact page and request removal from SMS messaging.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your removal from our SMS list. No further messages will be sent.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to several messages per week depending on your service engagement with FirstHub. Typical messages include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and service notifications.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. FirstHub is not responsible for any messaging charges incurred. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan.

Carriers Supported: We deliver messages through major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and their respective MVNOs. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and may not be available on all networks.

No Warranty of Delivery: FirstHub does not guarantee timely or successful delivery of any SMS message. Delivery may be affected by carrier outages, coverage gaps, phone settings, or other factors outside our control.

Privacy: Your mobile number and opt-in information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under 18: If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent on your behalf before opting in.

Changes: FirstHub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
